The Mill (2023)

A man wakes up in a mysterious outdoor prison yard with no memory of how he got there. Theres a massive, old mill in front of him, and his only task is to push itover and over again. Theres no one around except a robotic voice barking orders from a speaker. Hes dressed in generic work clothes, theres no clock, and the only feedback he gets is warnings about productivity. As he struggles to keep up, he starts piecing together clues about the facility, his own past, and why he mightve been put there. The more he resists, the harsher the punishment becomes, pushing him to his physical and mental limits. The story keeps the focus tight, mostly sticking with him as he tries to figure out whats real, whats being manipulated, and what kind of system hes stuck in. It builds tension slowly, peeling things back as he starts to question whether escape is even possibleor if theres something worse waiting if he stops.
